Jeff has worked in the construction industry for more than 12 years and has gained practical experience as a Project Controls Manager for two separate contractors consistently ranked in the top 10 of their discipline. In this role, Jeff has helped manage private, commercial and governmental construction projects with budgets in excess of $100 million dollars.

 

Since becoming a construction consultant, Jeff has managed and assisted in the auditing of construction costs, the monitoring of the project schedules and performance, and the resolution of construction disputes. These projects have included, casinos, airports, power plants, highway construction, utilities, hospitals, entertainment venues, and high-rise hotels and office buildings.

 

Jeff possess specialized expertise in project management, CPM scheduling, productivity, delay analysis, and damage assessments.
