Experience

Johnny has over 25 years of practical experience in both commercial and multifamily construction as well as real estate development with a strong emphasis on Program Management and Project Controls. 

Due to Johnny’s extensive background in Critical Path Scheduling and Project Planning, he has been responsible for the management of the scheduling for multiple projects exceeding $100 million, including a $1 billion Airport project. During his career, Johnny was also responsible for all aspects of Property Development in the Southwest U.S. for one of the nation’s largest providers of Senior Living.
