ExperienceRobert obtained his practical experience by working for large private contractors who provided all phases of commercial construction for private owners as well as Federal Government and State Agencies.
Since becoming a construction consultant, Robert has managed multi-million dollar disputes for some of the nation’s largest general contractors, specialty contractors, institutional owners and architects. These projects have included power plants, airports, heavy and highway construction, major utility construction, high-rise hotels and office buildings. Robert possesses specialized expertise in project management, CPM scheduling and the measurement and tracking of productivity. Robert has been deposed and has presented expert testimony in court on all areas of construction, including CPM scheduling analysis and the measurement and pricing of productivity losses associated with delays and impact.

Other ActivitiesRobert has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, as a Director on the Board of AACE International, as a Sub-committee and Task Force Chairman for Education programs at the Dallas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.
