Claim Issues:
Upscale shopping center built on former cement plant site. Contractor claimed direct and impact costs and delay damages on multi-building shopping center. Contract contained no damage for delay clause. Owner made many changes. Contractor claimed steel erection was delayed by DSC, claimed superior knowledge.

Services Rendered:

M&A evaluated the claim prepared by the general contractor and prepared a counter-claim for owner Trammell Crow.
