Rob McCullough served as mediator between Granite Construction and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

McCullough & Associates was tasked with evaluating Granite's claim and providing technical assistatnce to help both parties understand the true impact of the delay caused by redesign of the spillway anchors. The analysis involved establishing whether the actual impacts were a pacing delay or a concurrent delay. The parties ultimately reached an agreement and resloved the dispute.
