Dual Access Radiographic Hydrotest Facility

Client: Foley Company

Foley was contracted to build this facility for the University of California. During the initial phases of construction the project was shut down for over a year. When the project resumed, Foley was asked to resume its work and to produce a CPM schedule in Primavera.

M&A was hired to convert their schedule to Primavera P3 and to help Foley validate the impact caused by the shut down and several other impacts.
